The kitchen has lots of cabinetry and includes appliances, dishes, glassware, flatware, etc. The cabin's water supply is a storage tank which is filled by a local water purveyor and the cabin is equipped with a pump for good water pressure. A new electric water heater was recently installed. A unique feature for this type of cabin is the public sewer system it's connected to. The area is surrounded by mature pines and oaks and the sound of the wind in the trees is very soothing. The peaceful, serene setting is sometimes disturbed by the stellar jays squawking for food. The location in Fawnskin is in close proximity to the free boat launch ramp, Post Office, Fawnskin Market, etc. No AirBnB's allowed and no bank financing available. Make plans to see it soon.
