The space was renovated and provides a peaceful and charming stay while visiting the city. This 1400 square foot space has its own entrance, washer/dryer, full kitchen, fireplace, three flat screen tvs, wifi access and private bathroom with a shower. This space is a lower level apartment with private entrance and is the only pet friendly space we rent ($100 pet fee per lease). This space is typically rented short term but we are open to mid-term rentals as well (1-6 months). Pet friendly! Utilities included in price (internet, water, sewer, electric). Tenant will pay $100 cleaning fee at move in. Deposit is one months rent. $100 per pet fee (one time fee, not monthly)
