Residents in this community are responsible for utilities and maintaining their lawn. Columbia Gas and Met-Ed Electric accounts are placed into the Residents name prior to move in. If lawn maintenance isn't your cup of tea, we can provide you with a contact that maintains other lawns in the community for $12- $14 per occurance. Pets will be considered for an additional $25 monthly fee and $250 deposit, per pet. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed due to insurance restrictions.
