Furnishings include contemporary quartz ledger stone-faced gas fireplace, plank flooring, luxurious marble-look tiled bathroom with jetted tub, Stressless leather recliner with ottoman, and a king-size bed with a deep-cushion mattress. The Comfort Sleeper by American Leather is the most versatile and comfortable sleeper sofa available allowing for an additional queen size sleeping option. While a studio this studio features a full kitchen with granite countertops, all appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with Calphalon cookware. You will also find a new high-efficiency stack washer-dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, dishes, quality silverware, glassware, and both drip coffee and a Keurig coffee maker. Windows and balcony enjoy pool and mountain views. This is but one of multiple units we have in the property, as well as other locations in Park City, so if looking for something else just let us know your preferences (eg size, budget, timeframe, amenities), do however note that all units are strictly NO SMOKING, NO PETS, and available only through NOVEMBER 19th (not available winter).
