It has a value of over 8 million dollars. I have attached a copy of the rental agreement and additional information on the vacation house. I have just purchased a $3,000 Samsung 85 inch 4K Ultra HDTV for the living room and new carpet and hardwood floors. I have 2 bikes and beach towels and beach chairs. There are about 15 restaurants with a few blocks from my house . It has great surfing plus they give surf lessons right in front of the house. owner pays all utilities
