It's the coziest room in the apartment. It has two different areas where there are windows. I'd say that room is probably hard to say what the exact measurements are but probably 12 x 12 altogether. There is attic space for storage and a small office also on the third floor. I used the small room as an office with a desk and a chair for years. It is3'x7'. It has a window so it feels bigger. The biggest downside to this apartment is that the bathroom is on the second floor and the bedrooms are on the third floor so if you get up to go to the bathroom a lot at night, it's not for you! The picture don't show the renovations that are underway. The second floor is being repainted it already has really nice hardwood floors. The two staircases are also getting new carpet and the entire bedroom floor (3rd floor). Ideal apartment for a couple with one elementary school age child.
