Neighborhood Description Many of the neighbors purchased their homes when they were built in 1977. We have a mix of retired individuals as well as "young" families. Most of the homes are occupied by the homeowners and are not rentals. The neighbors are very nice and we have not had any problems since moving here. This was an excellent place to raise our children. The neighborhood is very quite.
