There is one common wall that is very small and you never hardly hear the neighbors. The front deck is south facing and back cement porch is north facing. There is a small back yard which gets sun in the spring and summer. Neighborhood Description This is a very quiet area, the sounds of the birds and coyotes are not uncommon. The view of Calavera mountain is good and lake Calavera is always in view. If you like watching growth and animals and enjoy quiet this is a great place. Close to shops yet away from the main roads. Carlsbad is right across the street and the area is zoned as green zone.
