My darling house is on a sweet tree-lined street just blocks from Penn Presbyterian Hospital, Drexel, and Penn. I fully renovated the house last fall (2019) with a brand new kitchen with new appliances, refinished bathrooms, refinished wood floors and new paint throughout and a finished basement with carpeting. There are AC window boxes in each bedroom and the main floor, which keep the house very cool! Two of the bedrooms are pretty large, one is smaller. Owner pays for water. You are responsible for gas and electric. First and last month's rent are due when contract is signed. I prefer a long-term renter, but am open to a 9 month lease to accommodate school schedules.
