Although I don't own a dog, dogs are allowed and will be around the house often. So a dog person with a friendly dog is a top tier candidate. Having a car is helpful because it is on the west side of town. The bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk along the highway. There are only three parking spots but can sometimes fit four. A moderate amount of shoveling is needed in the winter because the driveway gets tough if you don't keep up with it. Month to month lease but looking for 6 months to a year, 30 day notice, Utilities include: Gas, Electric & Internet. No cable, water or trash bills. A fun and open place to be yourself. Make it cozy for you. I don't have a lot of decorations so bring your own flair if you want. (32 pieces) No smoking in the house. Clean up after yourself and put your toys away, simple. Please keep your items in your room or put away. Keep the common areas (kitchen counters) clean and put your personal items away. Please clean your bathroom and common area as needed.
