Each applicant will need to complete a background and credit check for $39.99. Applicants with previous evictions or a credit score below 600 will not be considered. The first month's rent and a security deposit equal to the amount are due prior to the move-in date. Riverside Rose is a fully furnished corporate or long-term rental.
