I'm in the process of moving my things out. Applications are currently closed. Perfect place for people in school looking to split housing, relocating to Seattle, or just want to see what the Columbia City area's like. I'm looking for people that will take care of the townhouse. Construction was completed in January 2024, its in great shape. The 1st floor has a full bed/bath. The 2nd floor is a spacious kitchen and living room. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom and bath, with a large walk in closet. The bed is queen size, with a newly installed bed frame and headboard. The second and third floors have mini splits (AC+heat) while the first floor has heating only. There's also a rooftop deck for sunny days. The living room is cozy, with a large couch and TV. The dining table seats 3, but can extend to seat 6 or 7 people for hosting dinner parties. The living room has a nice upright piano. The kitchen is well-equipped: gas stove, hood, dishwasher, large fridge, and microwave, all of which are basically new. Lots of cupboards for food storage. The downstairs bedroom has a workdesk, and couch, that can pull out into another bed. This bedroom has a small closet. The first floor bathroom has a large mirror, shower, and bathtub. It also has a large hidden storage closet, with a few of my things in there. The washer/dryer is new on the first floor. There's street parking if you have a car. You'll need to purchase a zoned parking permit for zone 29. Most of the time, I was able to find parking right in front of the house. Columbia City is a great neighborhood in south Seattle. This townhouse is only 1 block from the main strip! You can easily walk to the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, library, movie theater, bars, farmers market, and parks. The Columbia City light rail station and many bus lines are a few blocks away. Seward Park is also close by. First month's rent will be prorated based on move in date.
