Must be comfortable with dogs, 2 huskies who are very friendly. The entrance to the room is through the driveway. There is plenty of street parking if you have your own vehicle. This room is perfect for students who are looking to commute to Cal State LA, USC HSC, and downtown. Located in Monterey Hills, surrounded by Highland Park, El Sereno, Lincoln Heights and South Pasadena. There are plenty of neighborhoods to explore. Cal State LA is roughly a 12 minute drive away, USC Health Sciences Campus likewise is about 12 mins away and downtown is roughly around 15 mins to get to, depending on traffic. Public transit is an option, 10 min walk towards Huntington Drive. Our family is living within the main residence, consisting of 5 working adults.
