This is a home share with a 70+ male owner. Rent is for a private bedroom, bathroom, refrigerator in a very safe quite area of Sierra Vista. Rent includes utilities, kitchen use, Internet, parking , streaming TV and some storage. A 3rd bedroom is available for overnight guests. A small/medium sized dog may be OK as I have a medium sized older doggie. Owner takes care of external property and maintains inside appliances etc. I am looking for a mature responsible renter male or female having steady income. Please no cats smoking drugs or drama. no smoking or drugs anywhere on property
