Each PRIVATE unit varies in price and square footage, with a flexible series of leases tuned to your individual needs. Every tenant has access to the shared common living and kitchen spaces, backyard, dog washing station, etc. but each unit features its own bathroom and entryway. Pets are encouraged with an interview, and cycling as a lifestyle is GREATLY supported (each tenant without a car receives a $100 rent credit per month).
