New kitchen appliances, all hardwood floor, built-in fireplace (not working, but beautiful) and small patio area off the kitchen. I have 2 small chairs and a table on the patio. This unit is 1 of 6 and has an interior shared entrance with a locked door at the entrance, and a patio/deck entrance. Shared washer dryer Parking available - not positive on price ($100-$200) No pets Sublease Details: - need to pass a background and credit check - 50 application fee - deposit was $350, If this is transferable you can keep mine (no deposit for you) - lease is until August - move in date is end of October or sometime in nov. I can be flexible - cable, internet, com-ed, and people's gas are tenant responsibilities - my gas/electric is usually around $100 per month combined, sometimes less The property management group and owners for this property are amazing! I have nothing but wonderful things to say, I simply need more space due to a new job and working from home 100% of the time.
