Pretty new construction, peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Owner pays for gas and water. Parking is on site and it could be possible for a second car for visiting. We don't allow smoking of any kind. We are looking to lease at a year bases, but we are will to be flexible. Only policy really is to keep the gate closed. Tenants are responsible for replacements on furniture that isn't appliances.
