This unit is 325 sq.ft. with 2 rooms and a bathroom and a covered patio in the backyard. There is only one on-site parking space allocated for this unit. Therefore, we are looking for one occupant. Washer/Dryer shared onsite. Interior recently updated and painted with new carpeting. Shared WiFi included. Utilities and WiFi are prorated based on unit occupancy. If one occupant, it is $75/mo. One year lease minimum. Available May 1 or perhaps earlier. In addition to Security Deposit will be $75 prepaid, prorated utility and Wifi cost. Email for an application form and include a little of your history and any other general information you think will provide a picture of who you are, what you do in SLO and your background. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first-served basis with good references and credit. We will then invite you to an open house. Please feel free to drive by but do not under any circumstances bother the tenants. That is sure disqualification. My Wife and I are individual owners and very responsive. We have owned this quaint property since my daughter whet to Cal Poly and worked a year in the area. We really enjoy having a great little community of tenants!
