The entire garden floor is yours . The space is generous and includes a semi-private outdoor area for the renter. The kitchen/dining area is impressive ! Bring your bike,cat, books + the stuff you just can't part with but don't need to dispay ,oh maybe the kayak too as the storage space is super ! If you like to cook this rental will really make you happy as theres a nice DINING AREA too.The kitchen is quite special so I hope you like to cook . I liked the Kholer faucet and white fomica counter top. So many cabinets ! This gem is an easy puzzle to figure out . You'll easily design a live space around your bedroom area . The eating area is its own area and its plentiful ! This quiet ,treed block is special ,close to a 24/7 subway and quick trot to a super food scene not far away in Gowanus or Court street . The owners are down to earth and experienced landlords . Most of the utilities are included in the rent . Owners are OK with a CAT and your encouraged to hang outside in a semi-private outdoor space. The owners would like solid references and I think this little gem will get a lot of attention soon so don't dither. October 1 is preferred but Oct 15th people should look as well .
