I poured a lot of heart and soul and sweat into this place while I was renovating it last year, so I am looking for a renter that will also take care of the space! Internet is included. Minimum lease starts at a year but it can be flexible after that. A one-month security deposit will be required in addition to renter covering background and credit check fees, estimated around $50. Pets are welcome with a $200 deposit, which will be returned if no pet-related damage is incurred. No smoking or disruptive noise is tolerated by the HOA. There are no assigned parking spots but ample street parking is available - you may need to walk a few blocks on occasion, but I lived here a year and never had a problem finding parking.
