With a livingroom, cute diningroom and kitchen with enclosed porch off of it. There is a bedroom large enough for a full or queen sized bed. The apartment is located right across from the downtown Suny Campus and faces beautiful Washington Park, with a great neighborhood association. Steps away from the bus line, great parking and there is a washer and dryer available for tenant use and a small backyard. Hardwood floors in the livingroom and throughout. many new windows, secure house, adorable apartment. I do check credit and take the first months rent, and security deposit.
