Manhattan express buses are available just outside the Sea Gate Neptune gate; X28 and X38 buses are just at the corner of Neptune Ave and W37 St. The ferry landing which is located in back of Kaiser Park off 33rd St. and Neptune Ave is on hold for the moment, due to dredging that is required to allow the ferry to properly float.
