This one bedroom apartment on Elston features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances- including a dishwasher. The unit has a in-unit laundry! Beautiful and modern bathroom. Lots of closet space (3 closets & storage space assigned for your unit Available as well). Bedroom can accommodate a queen size bed. You have central air as well. The building is gated and you have a small patio area in the back entrance. Parking here is very easy - I have never had an issue finding a parking spot. Walking distance to Addison Blue Line stop, restaurants, nightlife, and more! The lease runs thru August 1st. There are no utilities included in the rent besides heat. Managed by Daniel Management Group. Here are their requirements: Application fee is non-refundable $60/applicant. Admin fee is $300. This is applied towards rent if applicant is approved and signs the lease. The $300 is not refundable if applicant is approved but cancels. If applicant is denied for whatever reason, the $300 is refunded to applicant. The lease ends in August and you will be able to re-sign your lease if you'd like to stay. Heat is included in the rent. All applicants need to meet the following requirements: Credit score is 650+ (The management company can be flexible on this if you qualify for the income) Income is at least 3 times the annual rent. Rent is $1,200, so minimum income needed to qualify is $43,200 annually. Acceptable proof of income includes current paystubs, employer's letter of employment verification (with income info & hours works, length of employment, etc.). No issues with previous landlords. If a co-signer is needed, co-signer requirements are as follows: Credit score is 700+ Income is at least 5 times the annual rent. Rent is $1,200, so minimum income needed for co-signer is $72K annually. Must be local.
