The apartments are less than 5 minutes from the Crestview Town Center and close to downtown Cincinnati. Also, 5 minutes from the major medical center. The sub-let would be from November 28th(starting date negotiable) to February 28th, with the ability to extend month-to-month or via a long-term contract with the leasing office. We live on the first floor and have the garage closest to the apartment unit we live in. There is a wait list for this particular model and for a garage. Truly an amazing deal if you are looking to live in an apartment complex that has many professionals of all ages, a pool, a gym, and great walking paths. Pets are allowed.
