Available for a 2 month minimum at the $8,000k per month, and 2 person maximum during the summer months of May-October and 4 person max November-April, minimum age 50. If you want to rent for one month the rate is $10,000 per month and we would do that on a short term rental site. There is a 12.5% tax that has to be collected if renting for less than 6 months, along with a $350 per month cleaning fee, (unless you are renting for more than 28 nights). Tenant pays utilities by reimbursement to owner- electric and water unless renting at the higher rates in November-April months- then they are included. A security deposit of $5,000 is required for longer term renters. Furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. 1 bedroom(the one with the mirrors in the picture) is in a bonus type room across the pool and has wall a/c but no heat. The largest bedroom has its own entrance next to the sitting area outside and has an ensuite bath. The 3rd bath is outside by pool area and has a shower curtain but no door. There is a 1 car garage. I help the owner with the computer stuff but you will deal with the owner. The owner requires a minimum age of 50 for the primary renter staying in the home. The only pet allowed would be a 25 pound or less non shedding dog and a non refundable pet fee of $250, plus $100 per month. The cleaning fee is $350 per month, unless you rent longer and in that case it would be the $350 but a professional cleaner will come after you are gone as most people dont clean well and that would be deducted from your deposit. The owner has a maximum of 4 guests during the November -April time frame . Internet included. Renters insurance required if renting May-October or yearly rental. Background check with no issues including a lot of traffic violations and we will do that before even scheduling a showing to save your and my time via your phone number and name.
