Gatherings of more than 16 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction and will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
