I bought this unit 2 years ago and completely renovated it from the ground up. It has modern features, barn door, inset TV and walk in closet for the master bedroom, tiled shower, new stove, new water heater, pipes, and flooring, etc while still keeping the 1960's charm. I enjoy living in this home but my job has transferred me to a new location so I am putting it on the market for the next couple to enjoy! Space rent is $550 a month, which is the cheapest that I have seen. What I love about the area: It is in a quiet neighborhood, Beaverton town square is down the street and has all your needs- Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, a variety of restaurants and, most important for me, the light rail is a 2 min walk away!
