What a convenient location! Close to the beach, shopping and your favorite local restaurants. Just a hop, skip and jump to the beach access. Get some sun and surf, go back to the beach house rinse off in your outside shower, get dress and go try our fabulous local seafood. Than come home to your beach house that didn't break your bank. With all this, who wouldn't be living the beach dream? It might get better than this, but then again you might have to wait a few more years.
