wonderful people - we're not in a development but are next to one (Indian village) - walking distance to Douglas Elementary School - my children grew up here their whole lives and have wonderful memories! There are opportunities for sports, education, anything you could ever want. Friendly people, community awareness, just a great place to live! The school system was rated one of the top 200 in the entire country.
