Great Rambler with plenty of room for a large family. I built it in 84 and raised 7 great kids here. The yard is very large. Animal rights in our area. Terrific neighbors good mix of young and old. Close to all schools, parks and shopping yet you feel away from it all. But my favorite part is my shop 28 x 44 1232sq. feet in the back half of the lot. Larger part has room for 3 cars. A separate painting bay will hold another with side lighting and exhaust fan. Heater. 10 foot ceilings. Large compressor in small room to side. The large yard also has a 40x10 cargo container where I keep the riding mower and such, fruit trees and a gazebo. Sold my 72 hot rods. No more need for my shop. Ready for someone else to enjoy this home as much as I have.
