Off main street on small drive with only 5 homes. Creek between main street and homes, but we are well above water level and never even have any concerns about flooding (which many areas do around here). Good family home. New roof 2016 Double-paned, low e glass, argon filled, Andersen Windows. Neighborhood Description Very friendly. Lots of families. Great school. Nice parks. Mostly single family homes.
