(a previous tenant was a musician and could play anytime) -Includes portable A/C unit We are the owners and will be living in the main house. We are real people who care about our tenants and are available to help and communicate. The carriage house sits in the backyard, separated by a fence from the main house. Please note that the furniture in the pictures is from when the unit was staged; we are renting it unfurnished. There is an additional set of photos with the furniture from the current tenant.
