Drive to the backyard which includes a 1200sf building with A/C + Heat, plenty of parking, bonfire area, trampoline, walkway and irrigated grass. Once I am done with some light construction (one or two months), the entire house will become available yearly. Bills shared evenly across myself and all tenants. If planning on renting or leasing the entire house, pets are OK
