Brand new central heating system. New vinyl plank flooring in kitchen and laundry room/entry. New carpet in both bedrooms. Vinyl flooring throughout rest of house. Large partially fenced yard. Up to 2 non aggressive or excessive barking dogs allowed with no additional fee. House is on a well and septic system. Landlord will pump out septic once per 12 months. More frequent pumping will be renters responsibility. Renter pays own electric and gas. Garbage is included. There is a small garage included. More of a storage area. Possible small car would fit. There is a dryer in the house but no washing machine all the hook ups are there. Also there is an older dishwasher. We do not guarantee the dryer. IF it were to break it will not be replaced. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. NO CATS. 2 dogs will be allowed at no extra fee. The dogs just need to be non aggressive and minimal barking! Nice yard does need to be up kept and watered through the summer. This house is the entrance to our property and needs to be kept neat and tidy. For the most part the road is quiet. Except on summer weekends there is a wedding venue down the road. The yard is fenced but we do not guarantee it for your pets or children. Renter responsible for any repairs needed to contain their animals and/or children.
