We have a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size in the second bedroom both very comfortable. Large screen tv in the living room with new reclining leather sofa & love seat . We have seating for 4 at a table and 2 barstools. We have a gas BBQ with table & chairs on the balcony to enjoy the outdoor breeze. We are about 100 steps to both the bay and the beach close to shopping . We even have a coffee shop on the property Better Buzz. We have a washer/dryer inside the unit.This is a newly refurbished unit with a very modern stainless steel appliance kitchen with stove,refrigerator,dishwasher & built-in microwave fully equipped. My husband & I are local owner/operators and are only a phone call away if there are any problems. Our place would be perfect for 2 people maybe 3 people. One year, owner pays for water & trash
