Downstairs, the basement game room is a guest favorite, featuring a pool table, record player, plenty of board games, and a Smart TV. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during longer stays. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
