From the very large balcony, you can see west village right across the street and easily walk to many stores and restaurants. MATA (molley the trolley) passes less than a block away providing free transportation throughout uptown and downtown. The bedroom is large and has a walk in closet. The attached garage leads into the office/laundry room which comes with a washer and dryer in the unit. You will love the area and the atmosphere of this location, and once you see the balcony, you will fall in love. This unit is currently on a lease that ends on June 7, 2017. You can move in at anytime and once in the unit, you are free to renew the lease for as long as you please. My wife and I have to move out of the state so we have to get rid of this place. Trust us, the last thing we wanted was to leave this place behind. Given that the apartment is under lease, all the fees have already been paid. I have paid the deposit as well as the pet deposit for one pet. If you are coming with a pet, you won't have to worry about paying a fee of $300+ (unless you have a second pet). I will also pay the application fee once you come in to fill out the paper work, which will save you another $75 - $200. You will also receive the deposit once you move out of the unit since I forfeit that once I turn over the lease to you. The monthly price is firm, but I will pay the entire month of February, which will also save you another good amount of money. I will also pay for the parking sticker of a second car, which costs $75. The first car is free as long as it parks in the garage.
