It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level, and a master suite and full bathroom upstairs. It has a large fenced yard and detached garage. The basement is large with plenty of storage and a washer/dryer. It's an easy walk to Northbound Pub, Everett's Market or 40th Street Park! Renter is responsible for paying all utilities. We provide basic landscaping maintenance in the spring/fall but snow shoveling and lawn mowing are renter's responsibility. Lease duration is 1 year. This is a non-smoking house.
