We are looking for a quiet tenant for our renovated and furnished 1 bedroom, 1-bath, 1000sf guest house with trees and wildlife. Available January 8th, possibly earlier. Includes large master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in closet and master bath; desk; large open living area with new flooring and renovated kitchen (eating bar, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils), dining area, and family room; laundry room w/ washer and dryer; front porch and rear deck are covered, enabling year around use. Other bedrooms in home are cordoned off for owner use accessed through a separate entrance. Home comes with newer heat pump for efficient heating and cooling. Location is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and about 5 minutes from downtown Olympia. Owner lives next door, so if you want to learn more or request a tour, we must know a little about your situation (e.g. requested lease duration, # of people and vehicles, employment, and so forth). Regretfully, we cannot schedule tours for those that do not provide this information. About 25-minute drive to JBLM main gate. Until we can get our driveway reconfigured, parking is limited - preferably one vehicle and no more than two. Storage space is also limited. No off-street parking is available. Available January 8, perhaps earlier. 2-4 month lease. $1000 refundable security deposit required upon move-in with first month's rent. Utilities will be paid with rent at $125/month and include electricity, internet, water and garbage. Current tenants vacate on December 23rd and we will schedule tours once they depart.
