I purchased the home in 2017. Bathroom has been updated, Kitchen has been opened up to the dining room & new appliances, counter tops & cabinets installed. The cabinets have crown molding (long box in hallway pic) that have never been put up. A counter has been added on the south end, nearly the entire width of the family room which is currently used as an office area. New flooring has been put in throughout, new windows put in, and a ducted AC unit added to the house. An awning that extends the length of the house was also added to the back. In 2022 a new hot water heater was installed. Also has a cellar that was put in around 2020. An antique radio cabinet has been repurposed to be the bathroom vanity with a beautiful copper colored glass vessel sink. The current dining room can be used as a living room and a long dining table can be placed in the current family room with the built-in counter top used for a buffet area at family gatherings! The back awning is a wonderful place for hanging out, sitting in the evening and grilling, etc. It, along with a storage-room at the back of the house, is great for keeping lawn equipment out of the elements as well. The east-side lot would be a good spot to add a shop building. The property had a second entrance on the east end that was removed but could be re-established. Tent Lane is a dead-end road off highway 69/75 between Caney and Tushka. Private but with quick and easy access to the highway. Reasonable offers will be considered. Thank you!
