Colonial style, quiet neighborhood, friendly, very friendly. Neighborhood watch, no big city problems, city and water is not Killeen city. Close to town but far away for peace. What unhappy about is Zillow is not keeping up with the improvements to home over the last 7 years, and not comparing true home to others, in the area, the lowest home in the area is 750000$ 2 more 300 yards on each side are over 1.4 million$. My home is not downtown in a quite neighborhood in the country.
