The dream we had for this place was and is a work in progress, there is still much room to add your touches and dreams to complete the picture. There is a library or family room addition that could be made into a separate apartment/ multi-generation home, it has been plumbed and wired to add a small galley kitchen if desired. Along side the cottage is a log cabin that was build in 1910, rescued, then reassembled on the property. The cabin has been used as an income rental, renting for $750 per month, but could be a guest house, or used for multi-generations.
