From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine.
