This is is a very nice and friendly neighborhood. Read closely this House was a three bedroom but modified to make 2 rooms into one larger room. It could be put back to a three room. The basement is finished and large with a fireplace. There is also room to section it off to make a bedroom. Small bathroom in the basement is also the laundry room with gas hook up. Tenant responsible for own renters insurance.renter will mow and maintain yard. Renter pays water and power. please submit application for consideration. we are being overwhelmed with calls and texts. only applications will be considered READ COMPLETELY BEFORE REQUESTING A SHOWING OR TOUR.
