We have loved living here for 19+ years and every year we're doing something to improve the beauty & function of this home. We extended the deck to a very large area to enjoy our backyard view. Deck is partially screened. We've installed a garage door meeting newer hurricane standards; replaced the roof & added a roof exhaust fan which really helps with cooling; remodeled the master bath; minor remodel of kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new counter tops & refinished cabinets; added a beautiful crystal chandelier in the entry way; formal dining room; upgraded all baseboards in the home; new and/or refinished all interior doors to a beautiful walnut stain; refinished all door framework; luxury vinyl tiles throughout the entire home with a slate design; improved backyard with two paddocks with one full of beautiful plants and orchids; small area of backyard with wood fenced area for dogs; garden shed; put in a new AC/heat installed plus a Mini-Split A/C for master suite. Now we're starting a new project in the garden off the Master Suite's bath area with the large windows you can see the fountain and plants & orchids that reflect my husband's skills and hobby. State of the art security system. We love this place!
