    Working on clearing the estate up so the sale can settle. 06/19/2024 MLS TAX and SDAT shows the acreage at 15.85 acres but the latest survey plat from 2023 shows 10.034 acres. Please note, there is NO Public water at the lot and NO public sewer available at the lot. All utilities are close, but the county says "NO" to hooking up water and sewer at this time. Maybe in the distant future things will change. Looking at soil maps, the land will probably not perc. It appears it was fields at one time. This land will make a great investment for the future. It may qualify for a state Forest Stewardship to help reduce the yearly property taxes. It is located in a quickly developing area, so things could change. The county may allow gardening on the property too, and the property is big enough for several horses but check with the county first. It's worth a look. Buyer pays any agricultural tax that maybe due. Non contingent contracts only.
