    Gorgeous Classic "Four Square" home situated in a tiny country community just 10 minutes from Albany and Lebanon Oregon. 5 bedroom with 2 bath. 2 basement bedrooms and the other half is storage area with concrete floor and hobby area with workbench. Beautiful "Pillared" Parlor on main floor with Pocket Doors into Living Room which has a beautiful Bay Window. Upstairs has 4 nice bedrooms (the smaller BR could be used as nursery or office) with a gorgeous bathroom at the end of the hallway. Walking into this home, you'd swear you were back in the early 1900s. The heating and cooling is supplied by a VERY economical "Geothermal Heat Pump" (Google this system) that keeps our total electrical bill averaged year around at around $165.00 per month. The parlor also has a beautiful brick fireplace ready for your pellet or wood burning stove insert for extra winter warmth. Our home has vinyl siding and the storm windows over originals to keep the heat in and cold out. The home had insulation pumped into the walls and attic before the new vinyl siding was installed. We have both a "Pura" water filter / UV system and also a Pro-Tech Alarm System installed. Our home was rewired in the 1980s with a 200 amp breaker box/panel and is situated on a three-quarter acre corner lot. We also have a new large 4 Bay 30X50ft shop with concrete floor and wired for 120/240Volt that Zillow is not figuring into their home estimate shown above for some reason. There is also parking for 5 more vehicles & "toys" in front of the shop and a large parking spot alongside the shop for a Class A Motorhome, boat, or RV. We had a new 30 year Asphalt Shingle roof installed on the house and we've also built several outbuildings & covered sheds out back to keep our wood, yard equipment and "toys" dry. There's also a nice fenced "garden area" with a nice 8X10' green-house for you gardeners. There's lots of shade trees (see photos) including several large English walnut trees which produce lots of nuts each season. We've done minor restoration and upkeep on our home since we bought it in 2008, but it needed nothing major. We're in no hurry to sell so low-ball offers will not be considered .
