Price and location make this a steal. The space is cozy and quirky, but you can make it work. One bedroom is long and skinny, but you can fit a queensized bed. The second bedroom is respectably sized. Big enough for a queen bed and office space. There's a third space that could be a living room extension or jam-room or full-fledged office space. The living room is proper - enough space for a dining room, couch, and tv set up. Ultimately, the entire unit takes up the entire top floor of this building. This rooftop sunset will give you chills. This block is my favorite for coffee (Freeholds and Jane's Motorocycles) and clubs (Freehold again and Miss Favela's).
