This house is Wind Mitigation Certified which saves over $1,000 a year on homeowner's insurance. Property tax is approximately $1850 per year. Neighborhood Description This is a very nice subdivision. The west end of Hidden Oak Drive is a dead-end street with 4 cul-de-sacs. This house is in the next to last cul-de-sac. Traffic is strictly local.
