Tuscany is very close to USC with less than one minute walk to gate 2 of the campus. It is the upscale apartment for USC students(not only USC students). See It is a 2b2b apartment. I own a single room now but it is designed for two persons: a room with two beds, two sinks, two large chests, two desks, six closets. It is furnished with sofa, tea table, dining table, chairs, microwaves, stoves, oven, dish-washing machine, etc in the living room. There are washing machines every floor. There are free gym and pool opening 24 hours. There is also study center every floor with private study rooms. The roommates next door are two nice girls, both are USC students. They don't smoke and drink. Downstairs are restaurants, chiplotte, coffee bean, cold stone, etc. There is a public area for holding party too.If you are going to share the room with another one, the rent per bed is &875 while if you wanna own a single room, the rent is $1650.I had signed a contract for one year with Tuscany. The contrast is to Aug. 1st, 2015 but it can be expanded or subleased easily. I have finished my study this semester and wanna sublease the bedroom.PS.
